This will involve giving active help and advice to organisations about recruiting young people, setting up provisions for young people and help existing organisations to improve their youth engagement and provision services. Since LiC Consultancy is set up and run by young people hence we are in the best position to give advice and help regarding the above areas therefore we will save organisations time, effort and money. Furthermore, we will provide ongoing support to both the trainee and the organisation.
Disseminating the LiC Model, a detailed step by step information pack that helps customers set up a youth lead voluntary organisation like LiC Charity.
Unique Selling Point (USP) – experience, as we already set up a successful youth lead voluntary organisation. Also our organisation is set up and run by young people hence we can provide organisations with young insightful knowledge.

Peer Training
This is another way where LiC Consultancy can be outsourced by organisations from different communities. LiC Consultancy can train the young people in understanding community development and project management, presentation skills, fundraising, governance, Team building, making key decisions, organisational structures and development, problem solving, finance, leading by example, empowering and motivating.
USP – young people train young people and we provide the newly trained young people with practical work experience free of charge. Furthermore we can provide peer training programmes in the weekends.

Half Day = £300
Full Day = £600 (based on 5 - 20 participants and 2 trainers)

LiC Manpower
Provide organisations with responsible young people to help the facilitate projects, events and carry out research e.g. surveys.
